## Before exporting

- [ ] Confirm the selected audio track is the one you want.
- [ ] Check the start and end of the export range.
- [ ] Listen across every join for cut-off words or abrupt changes.
- [ ] Keep pauses that carry meaning or a natural breath.
- [ ] Check the predicted peak after increasing gain.
- [ ] Confirm the output format fits the next app or listener.

## After exporting

- [ ] Open the exported file in the player you plan to use.
- [ ] Check its beginning, a middle section and the ending.
- [ ] Confirm that the duration matches the edit you intended.
- [ ] Keep your original recording for future revisions.
